Decide how many assets display on each page within a portal's settings from Settings > General Settings for an asset section. Display 10, 25, 50, or 100 assets on each page in the portal.

For portals with assets or collections that span multiple pages, quickly review those assets using pagination at the bottom of each page.

You can also choose to display asset filenames or metadata in portals, allow users to search portals, display metadata in Quick View, and select the sort order of assets from General Settings.
