Enable the Hide Expired Order Information feature

The toggle is defaulted to OFF and can be enabled by admin users with the following steps:

1. Go to the Admin app.
2. Navigate to Global Settings.
3. Click on Features.
4. Under the Secure section, enable the Hide Expired Order Information toggle.
