How often will I be logged out of Acquia DAM?
After a period of inactivity, you'll be automatically logged out of Acquia DAM for security purposes, including when you're uploading. The default idle session timeout setting is two hours.
For uploads, if a screensaver activates, the upload will automatically time out. We recommend deactivating the screensaver when uploading a large number of assets.
FTP uploads will not time out.
DAM admins can contact DAM Customer Support to change the session timeout setting globally for their DAM users. The minimum length for the session timeout is 15 minutes of inactivity and the maximum is 12 hours.
