May 2025 Release Notes

AI Tags Administration

Administrators now have advanced control over AI tag management. This includes advanced customization and refinement options for automated tagging processes.

Customer benefits

  • Administrators can set the minimum confidence level for AI-generated tags within a range of 0 to 100. The default setting is 75.

    • Lower values allow more tags to be applied, but may include tags that are less relevant.

    • Higher values result in fewer tags, but those tags are more accurate and relevant.

  • Mass delete unwanted tags from assets.
  • Curate a custom Excluded tags list for tags that should never be applied to any assets.

For more information, visit How to Use AI tags in Acquia DAM.

Customer benefits

  • Feature Parity with Legacy Search: Provides crucial functionality in the new search experience that allows users to view search results in their preferred format. This is another important step to fully build out this new search experience for you.

  • Report across all portals in one place
  • Easily identify portals with high or low engagement to inform content decisions

Key features

  • Available as a new report type in Insights under Portal page views
  • Default date range of 30 days, with flexible date filtering
  • Multiple chart options (line, area, bar, column, pie)
  • Summary table with detailed data and top portal rankings
