We're committed to delivering value to you through improvements and new functionality in the Acquia DAM. Your feedback throughout the software development process shapes the solution that we deliver.
There are times where your feedback is not yet planned on the roadmap. In these cases, our teams are ready to listen so they can review for future roadmap planning.
How to give us feedback¶
To send us product feedback, log in to the Acquia DAM Community and go to Contact Support under Support in the main menu. In the first dropdown, select Submit an idea or provide accessibility feedback directly to our Product Team. Then fill out the rest of the ticket and submit.
If you’d like to discuss the feedback further, contact your Acquia account rep.
What happens to your feedback ¶
When your feedback is aligned with the current roadmap, it'll be considered for potential inclusion in the development process. You may be contacted by one of our product designers or researchers to participate in prototype testing of work in progress.
If your feedback is outside the planned roadmap, it'll be recorded for future review. Our product team reviews feedback for patterns during their roadmap planning session and sets high-level priorities for our roadmap for the year. These are re-evaluated along with your feedback and other research to see if we should include any new items on the roadmap.
How you can participate in research¶
Our design team and product managers love talking with you to learn and understand how we can build the best products for you! When we're researching new functionality in the area of your interest, our teams will reach out to you directly to set up further discussions.
Opportunities for you to participate in product research include:
- Prototype sessions - These are focused on gaining specific feedback about the usability of a design idea. They're frequently done remote via a web call, and sometimes take place in conjunction with the Acquia Engage Tour. Sessions are usually 30 minutes.
- Discovery interviews - These help build our understanding and prioritize needs within a known problem space. We’ll talk about your experience doing a certain type of task or solving a certain type of problem. These interviews are usually done remotely and take 30 to 60 minutes.
