Insights reports updates

Search data has been added as an event type to Insights reports.

The date ranges last six months, last 12 months, current month, and year to date are now available in Insights. 

Add to and create collections in Asset Digest

In Asset Digest, you can now create a new collection or add an asset to an existing collection in Asset Digest. You can also remove the asset from collections.

Add-on syndication tool available for Entries app

The new tool Acquia Syndicate pulls product data from Entries and transforms it for each digital commerce platform’s unique requirements. It also allows you to export the transformed data directly to the platform. Learn more about Acquia Syndicate. 

 

Resource hub update

Going forward, the resource hub will announce small DAM updates – as well as larger ones – with the most recent one featured at the top. We also added a link to the System status page, so that it’s easier for all users to access within the app. 

 

Bug fixes 

In May, these issues were resolved:

• Categories not being displayed correctly for certain assets in Asset Digest. 
• Assigning more than one category to an asset with no categories in Asset Digest.
• PDFs within an asset collection in portals couldn’t be downloaded. 
• Editing filters within section settings in portals resulted in a blank page.
• Performance issues with the Order Pickup page.
