Uploader settings update

In the asset uploader, admins can now disable required and secondary metadata sections, so fields display in a single list.

 

Workflow updates

In the Workflow app, you can now duplicate an existing project and its deliverables by clicking the project options menu and Copy project. 

 

Also, settings can now be adjusted so users can comment and reply on proofs from previous stages. 

New API endpoint for user info

A new endpoint has been released in version 2.0 of the Acquia DAM API that reveals the following user information based on the user ID: 

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Username
• Title
• Company
• Phone
• Street Address
• City
• State
• Zip
• Country

Update to API endpoint for search 

In version 2.0 of the API, you can now use the sort by relevance option for search results in your customer integrations. 

Bug fixes

• When filtering asset sections in portals, you’ll now see all asset categories listed in the category dropdown instead of only 10.
• In the Insights app, some collections filter values were not showing up as options to select. This is fixed so all collection options display.
