Webhooks for Task Automation native integration
Streamline internal DAM processes by executing automated tasks the moment asset changes happen. The Webhooks for Task Automation integration automatically runs configured actions within Acquia DAM whenever specific criteria are met, such as a metadata field update or an asset group reassignment, eliminating manual steps and processing delays.
- Triggers automated tasks instantly: Automations now fire in real time the moment an event occurs in the DAM such as an asset group change or a specific metadata field update eliminating the wait time of scheduled batch runs.
- Enables precise, event-driven workflows: Build highly responsive automations that act on granular asset changes. For example, automatically change an asset's security or release dates the instant an approval status or copyright metadata value is modified.
- Reduces repetitive administrative work: Save time by automatically updating downstream asset metadata or reassigning asset groups the second a new asset is uploaded, edited, or versioned.

Amazon Translate native integration
Acquia DAM introduced a native integration with Amazon Translate to automate metadata localization across global asset libraries. The integration monitors newly added AI Tags and designated metadata fields and translates them using the customer's Amazon Translate instance and populate target fields with localized tags automatically.
Customer benefits
- Expands global asset discoverability by translating asset tags into local languages automatically.
- Eliminates manual translation efforts and external translation vendor costs for asset metadata.
- Maintains metadata consistency across international teams searching in native languages.

AI Tags in Asset History
Acquia DAM now tracks AI tag activity automatically within Asset History on both Asset Digest and Asset Details pages. Tag additions appear under the actor name AI Assistant, and removals appear under the user account name, each listing the specific tags affected. Tracking applies automatically without administrator configuration.
Customer benefits
- Increases metadata transparency by identifying tags from automated AI systems versus human edits.
- Simplifies governance and compliance auditing with a complete record of tag additions and removals.
- Supports account accountability without requiring manual setup or administrator overhead.
