Preferred browsers

Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox

We recommend using Chrome. It offers the best and most fully featured use of the DAM. Chrome installs easily on both Windows and Mac OS and automatically updates itself.

Edge is another preferred browser and behaves nearly identically to Chrome.

You can also use Firefox. Firefox can also be set to update itself and also installs easily on both Windows and Mac OS.

The DAM is supported in the last four versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Apple Safari (on Mac OS only)

If Chrome or Firefox aren't options for your Mac environment, you can use Safari, though it is not preferred. The DAM is supported on the last two major Safari versions.
