Users who are designated as DAM admins can access the DAM account page found in the Acquia DAM Community. Click your avatar in the global menu and select DAM account.
On the DAM account page, DAM admins can view:
- Subscription details, including contract and billing information.
- Organization-wide support cases, including all ideas, integration, and service cases submitted by all users within their organization.
