Shared private comments, public comments, and your own comments will display on the Comments page. In addition to private comments, public comments, and your comments, private comments made by others will also display for Acquia DAM (Widen) admins.

Access the Comments page from the Activity menu on the dashboard.

On the Comments page, see tables with details about private comments, public comments, and your own comments by selecting the corresponding button at the top of the page.

What will I see on the Comments page?

A default of 10 comments display in each section on the page. Change the number of results in the Results/page dropdown to see up to 200 comments.

Click the filename to be taken to the Asset Details page, where comments are displayed in the Comments tab. From the tab, you can create and reply to public and private comments and edit and delete comments.
