Why am I locked out of my account?

Your account can become locked because of too many repeated failed login attempts. When this happens, wait about 15 minutes from the time your account became locked before trying to log in again.

You can also contact your Acquia DAM admin to unlock your account.


When logging in, ensure your username and password are typed correctly. Reset your password if needed.
