Logging in to Campaign Factory

To access your Campaign Factory account:

1. Go to maestro.mautic.com.

   The system displays the Campaign Factory Sign In page.

2. In the Email Address field, enter your email address.
3. In the Password field, enter your password.

4. Click Sign In.

   Note

   Campaign Factory accounts are locked for 30 minutes after three unsuccessful login attempts.

Password requirements

Campaign Factory mandates users to meet the following requirements for saving a new password.

• Passwords must contain:
  • At least 12 characters
  • One uppercase
  • One lowercase
  • One number
  • One special character from !@$&*()-_+=,./. Other special characters are not permitted.

Resetting the password

To reset your Campaign Factory password:

1. On the Campaign Factory Sign In page, select Forgot Your Password.

   The system displays the Reset Password page.

2. In the Email Address field, enter your email address.

3. Select Send Password Reset Link.

   The system sends a password reset link to your email address.

4. Reset your password by using the password reset link.

After you sign in, the system redirects you to the Campaign Factory dashboard.

Logging in to Campaign Studio using one-click sign in

From Campaign Factory, users can log in to Campaign Studio instances using one-click sign in.

To log in to an instance:

1. Go to maestro.mautic.com.

   The system displays the Campaign Factory login page.

2. Log in to your Campaign Factory account.
3. In the main navigation menu, click Instances.
4. On the Instances page, locate the Domain column.

5. Click the URL link of the instance where you want to log in.

   The system displays the Campaign Studio login page but then automatically logs the user into the instance after a few seconds.

If you cannot log in to a Campaign Studio instance through the one-click sign in:

• For the Safari web browser, disable Prevent cross-site tracking.
• For other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, no action is required by default. However, if a user or the system blocks third-party cookies settings, you must enable Allow third-party cookies in your browser settings.
• However, if you prefer to block third-party cookies, Chromes allows you to add an exception for third-party cookies specific to Acquia Campaign Studio domain, allowing for one-click sign in. 

  1. On the right end of the web browser, click on the Incognito Mode icon.

     Chrome displays the Third-party cookies pop-up window.

  2. Toggle the slider to the right to temporarily allow for cookies on the domain for Acquia Campaign Studio.
