Campaign Studio - May 20, 2020

  • Feature Campaign Studio now supports conditional fields. Conditional fields allows you to manage sets of dependencies between fields. Such fields are available for editing and display only if the right condition is met. For more information, see conditional forms.

  • Feature Campaign Studio is now integrated with mParticle, enabling you to pass event data between mParticle CDP and Campaign Studio.

  • Feature Campaign Studio is now integrated with Drift, a conversational marketing platform that combines chat, email, video, and automation channels. By using Drift with Campaign Studio, you can add contacts to Campaign Studio and score leads directly from a Drift conversation.

  • Feature Campaign Studio is now integrated with Zoom, a cloud platform for video, phone, content sharing, and chat runs across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems. You can use Campaign Studio forms or campaigns for webinar registration in Zoom and leverage the registration status for specific webinars to run various marketing activities.

  • Fix If a tracking code was added in the landing page settings configuration, Campaign Studio added a 1 at the top of landing pages.

  • Fix Campaign Studio updated the segment filters (with a value of 0) to blank.

  • Fix Campaign Studio couldn’t trigger segment emails; to be sent through the API.

  • Fix Page previews didn’t display in Campaign Studio’s focus item builder.
