If you are the Owner or Administrator of an organization, you have access to detailed usage metrics for your subscription, including some or all of the following measurements that may affect your subscription’s cost:
- Views: Requests made to your Drupal application, excluding static files such as CSS, JS, and image files. This metric includes Varnish cache hits and 2xx status requests. However, redirect 3xx requests or client error 4xx requests are ignored. Therefore, Acquia counts activity that provides actual value to customers. This metric is not related to the contributed Views module in Drupal.
- Visits: One or more requests to your Drupal application from the same client device or user agent in a sliding 60 minute window.
When a usage metric reaches 85% of the monthly limit specified in your contract, the badge color on the horizontal bar charts and tabs changes to yellow. However, there is no change in the color in any chart. The system also displays a warning message to inform you that you are approaching the usage limit for the metric.
When a usage metric exceeds the limit specified in your contract, the system displays an alert message and the graph for that metric changes to red.
