Content hub deleted entity still referenced by another entity

Known Issues
Entity A has been deleted from its origin in Content Hub but is still referenced by entity B:
[ 00:00 ] ~ $ drush -l [site_url] ach-re XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX Entity with UUID="XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX" was referenced by another entity, but could not be found in Content Hub. To resolve this warning, enable publishing of that entity type on the publishing site and [error] re-export the entity. (Error Code = 10: Cannot find the resource with the requested UUID.) The Content Hub does not have an entity with UUID = XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX.
