Overview¶

Through Launchpad, you get a unified user interface to view and access Acquia's core products and support resources, and get authenticated access to Cloud Platform through Acquia ID. In other words, you can do the following:

• Log in to the Launchpad user interface by using Acquia ID
• Get authenticated access to Cloud Platform
• View and discover all the core products from Acquia
• Access Acquia’s learning resources
• Access Support resources
• Manage your account
• View guided tour of Launchpad

Accessing Launchpad¶

You can access launchpad through:

Getting authenticated access to Cloud Platform¶

You can access the Cloud Platform user interface directly through Launchpad without logging in again. 

To get authenticated access to Cloud Platform:

1. Access launchpad.acquia.com.

2. Specify your login credentials and click Sign in. 
   This displays the Launchpad page.

   
3. In Cloud Platform, click Launch.
   You are redirected to the Cloud Platform user interface.

Viewing core products of Acquia¶

Through the Launchpad user interface, you can view and discover the core products of Acquia. For example, Acquia DAM, Acquia SEO, and so on. However, you do not get authenticated access to these products.

To view and discover the core products of Acquia:

1. Access launchpad.acquia.com.

2. Specify your login credentials and click Sign in. 
   This displays the Launchpad page.

   
3. Click Discover for one of such products.
   This redirects you to the product marketing page for the product. For example, the system redirects to https://www.acquia.com/products/acquia-dam for DAM.

Accessing Acquia’s learning resources¶

Through the Launchpad user interface, you can access the following learning resources offered by Acquia:

• Acquia TV
• Acquia Academy
• Product Documentation

 Accessing Support resources¶

Through the Launchpad user interface, you can get one-click access to Acquia Support and do the following tasks: 

• Access Support articles
• View your existing Support cases
• Submit Support ticket
• View status of Acquia's products

To access the Support resources:

1. Access launchpad.acquia.com.

2. Specify your login credentials and click Sign in. 
   This displays the Launchpad page.

   
3. Click the Help icon.
4. As appropriate, click one of the available options.

Managing account¶

Through the Launchpad user interface, you can manage your account details such as first name, last name, password, and so on. In addition, you can view Acquia's acceptable use policy.

Viewing guided tour of Launchpad¶

You can view the guided tour of Launchpad to get an understanding about the basic functionalities of this interface and to know about the tasks you can perform.
