While staging the sites sometimes you will face the data synchronization errors due to existing users or sites.
Reasons for Staging Failures:
A user account's staging will fail if the account's username or email address is already taken by a different ID on the target Site Factory, or if there is already an account on the target Site Factory with the same ID but different username or email.
Any site, site collection or site group will be skipped and automatically fail if there is a ID conflict. To resolve these issues, on the target stage the following steps should be taken before reattempting staging:
A site staging will fail if the site's name is already taken on the target stage by a different site or site collection, or the ID is taken by a site with a different name by a site collection or by a site group.

Site collection in staging will have similar restrictions and resolutions as sites.

Delete the mismatched user or the site and then re-try the staging process.
