The star feature in Source CMS enables users to mark frequently accessed sites to identify and filter them easily. After you star a site and filter by starred sites, only your starred sites display in the list. Source CMS saves starred site selections to the user account so that they persist across browser sessions.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that you have access to Source CMS as a member or an administrator.

Add to or remove from starred sites

Users can add a site to or remove a site from starred sites from either the site card view or the site list view.

To add a site to the starred list:

1. Log in to Source CMS to open the Sites Dashboard.

2. Locate the site in either the site card or list view. 
3. Click the star icon on the card or next to the site name in the list view.
   The icon fills in to indicate that the site is added to starred sites. 
4. To remove the site from starred sites, click the star icon again.

Filter by starred sites

After you add sites to the starred list, you can filter the site list to display only starred sites.

To filter the site list:

1. On the Sites Dashboard, select the Filter by: Starred option.

   Only the sites you add to starred sites display in the list.

2. Clear the starred sites filter to view all sites again.
