Accessing and managing Acquia products

Accessing Acquia Source CMS sites

Use the following steps to access your Acquia Source CMS sites within Source:

1. Log in to the Source.

2. If you are not set to the correct organization, use the Switch Organization panel and select the organization associated with your Acquia Source CMS sites.
   When you select an organization, Source automatically refreshes the primary navigation and main context window update to reflect the specific products available to that organization.

   Important

   • If you switch to an organization that does not have Acquia Source CMS entitlement, the Sites icon is not displayed.
   • If you switch to an organization that does not have Acquia AI entitlement, the AI icon is grayed out.
   • If you need permissions to access an organization, you must contact the administrator of the Acquia Cloud account of the organization as user permissions and organization memberships are inherited directly from Acquia Cloud.

3. To view all Acquia Source CMS sites in the selected organization, do one of the following:

   • On the Acquia Sites card on the Home page, click Launch.
   • In the sidebar, click Sites.

   Source displays the Sites page.

4. Access each of following menus from the Sidebar:
   • All Sites: Displays a dashboard of all Acquia Source CMS sites in the organization.
   • Users: Displays a secondary navigation bar with Users, Teams, and Roles sub-menus where you can view and manage users, teams, and roles respectively.
   • Subscription: Displays subscription details of your organization.
