Creating a Code Studio project

There are two ways to create a Code Studio project:

Create a Code Studio project for the application

To create a project through the Overview page

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Platform user interface and select your application.
  2. Click Actions > Create Code Studio Project.

    The system starts creating the Code Studio project and displays the following screen on completion:

To configure the project, see Setting up a Code Studio project.

Creating a project through the Code Studio management page

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Platform user interface and access the Code Studio management page.
  2. Click Create Project for App.

  3. Select one or more applications for which you want to create a project.

    Note

    With this interface, you can create multiple projects simultaneously.

  4. Click Create Project.

    The system starts creating the Code Studio project and displays the following screen on completion:

Create a Code Studio Project for Codebase

To create a project for a codebase:

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Platform user interface.
  2. Go to Manage > Subscription.

  3. Select one or more codebases to use for project creation.

  4. Select Create Project.

After the process completes, the system displays a confirmation screen that indicates that the Code Studio project is ready.
