Security and Compliance
For security and stability of the Node.js hosting platform, Acquia supports Node.js versions in their Active Long-Term Support (LTS) or Maintenance phases. This policy ensures that all hosted applications receive the latest security patches and critical updates from the Node.js development team. The following Node.js versions are supported with the latest security updates:
Acquia supports the latest versions of JavaScript frameworks. Support is not provided for End-of-Life (EOL) versions. For example, the platform supports Nuxt v3 but does not support EOL versions such as Nuxt v1 or Nuxt v2.
Cloud Next technologies are certified with SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, PCI, CSA STAR certification, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001 compliances. Front End Hosting (Basic and Advanced) is in the FedRAMP authorization boundary. Certain sub-products of Cloud Next are not FedRAMP or PCI compliant, such as CD environments and Cloud IDE.
