Acquia Convert provides the following services:

Convert Testing (powered by VWO)

Use this service to create A/B, multivariate, and split URL experiments backed by Bayesian statistics for results with a high statistical significance. Through targeted experiences for specific visitor segments, you can optimize client-side experiences for websites. Convert Testing supports real-time reporting and helps in dynamic allocation of traffic so that you can understand key metrics and clearly identify winning strategies.

Build your experiments using the No-code Visual Editor for non-technical users or the Code Editor for Developers.
 

With Convert Testing capabilities, you can:
1. Test user flows: 
Test single-page contact forms vs. interactive multi-page contact forms to track which one generates more leads.

2. Test content:
Test which content flow gets more engagement in terms of scroll percentage and readability on your website by rearranging sections.

3. Test images:
Test which age group gives higher CTR to a model wearing the hoodie vs. just the image of a hoodie. Based on the test winner, a personalized experience for that age group can be designed.
 

4. Test widgets:
Test whether users are more likely to place an order when presented with a modal offering discounts on their cart items, while they are leaving the website.
 

For these experiments, you can track key metrics, allocate traffic dynamically, and get statistics-backed winner declarations with in-depth real-time reporting.

Convert Insights (powered by VWO)

Use this service to collect visitor behavior, from where they are navigating and clicking, to how they are moving through key funnels. Heatmaps, clickmaps, surveys, form analytics, and session recordings provide a visual analysis of customer behavior. Convert Insights is a web-based, qualitative behavior, analytics engine that helps to pinpoint bottlenecks, alleviate friction, and uncover opportunities within customer website visitors' purchasing journeys and user experiences so that experiences can be continually enhanced.  These insights often inform hypotheses to test in Convert Testing.

Convert Personalize (powered by VWO)

Use this service to enable customers to build and run unlimited personalized experiences in parallel based on visitor segments. It provides two options to personalize websites:

  • No-code Visual Editor: Non-technical users can use this option to edit elements on the website and add new elements to create test variations. Some of the examples of new elements are modals, banners, countdown timers, and content blocks.
  • Code Editor: Developers can use this option to easily code test variations using custom HTML, CSS, and JS.
