Asana Connector allows three core actions without exiting your Asana task:

Attach Acquia DAM (Widen) asset to task | Search your Acquia DAM (Widen) library and attach approved assets directly to your Asana task. |
Create new assets | Create new assets in Acquia DAM (Widen) with files that are already attached to your Asana task. |
Update asset metadata | Update the metadata for an existing Acquia DAM (Widen) asset directly from your Asana task. |
Open a task in Asana.
In the Acquia DAM (Widen) field, select the Attach DAM Asset to Task action.
Use the Quick Search to search by filename, metadata, or additional attributes.
This is similar to Acquia DAM (Widen) search. Advanced search syntax or search shortcuts are also used.
After attaching, click anywhere on the asset widget to access the full asset directly in Acquia DAM (Widen).
Click Copy link to copy the link or click Remove from task to remove the asset from the task.
In the Acquia DAM (Widen) field, select the Perform Action in DAM action.
Upload Asset
Select this option if a file is attached to the task.
Update Asset Metadata
Before you start the installation, Asana Connector must be provisioned for your Acquia DAM (Widen) site.
Go to the project to add the connector and select Customize.
Go to Apps and click +Add.
Search and select Acquia DAM (Widen).
Click Add to project.
Click Connect to Acquia DAM (Widen) and log in to your Acquia DAM (Widen) account with your credentials.
Click Allow to enable Asana Connector to access your Acquia DAM (Widen) account.
Open a task in the same project to find the new Acquia DAM (Widen) field.
Add the connector to additional projects using the same steps.
