Can I download assets directly from Entries?

Yes, you can now download assets directly from the Entries App. This provides flexibility in accessing product images in various formats. Follow these steps to download assets:

1. Log in to your DAM.
2. Navigate to the Entries app. Locate the entry that contains the asset you want to download.
3. Find the download button at the bottom right of the asset thumbnail.
   
   
   
    
   
   
4. If intended use is enabled, you will be prompted to fill out this information before proceeding.
5. Choose a Download Format:
   • Download original asset
   • Web-friendly downloads: This option lets you customize the asset. You can crop, resize, and convert your files.
   • Pre-configured formats: This option lets you choose from additional file options that had been pre-configured for you. Selected files will be emailed to you.
     
     
     
      

Note: Users with access to Entries can download assets. However, only users with edit permissions can modify or remove assets.
