Overview
The CI HUB Connector for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement lets creative teams access assets directly from Acquia DAM within Content Builder. This integration ensures access to the most up-to-date, approved files, saves time by eliminating manual uploads, and increases brand consistency across emails and landing pages.

Implementation and Workflow
For this process you must install the plugin, connect to your Acquia DAM account, and then use the connector to insert assets into your content.
Step 1: Install the Plugin
Go to the Salesforce AppExchange.
Find and select "DAM Connector for Salesforce by CI HUB".
Click Get it Now.
Follow prompts to the CI HUB website to install the package.
Log in to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement instance.
Select Install in the top right of the setup page.
Step 2: Connect to Acquia DAM
Open Content Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Select Create > Email Template > From Existing Template.
Select a template to use.
In the Template Builder, locate the CI HUB plugin in the "Custom" block section on the bottom left
Drag and drop the CI HUB block to the desired location in your template.
Log in with your CI HUB ID. After a successful login, close the window.
Step 3: Use the Connector to Add Assets
In Content Builder, select the template block for asset placement.
In CI HUB, search for the asset by keywords, categories, file formats, and other criteria.
Drag an asset into the email template.
Use the content cropper to adjust the image, select a rendition, set width/height, and use the Fill container if desired.'
Select Preview to view the image.
Click Apply, and then Done Editing when finished.
Repeat as needed to add more assets.
Save your template by clicking Save in the upper right corner.
Upload assets back to Acquia DAM
In the CI HUB panel, click the plus sign next to the search results.
Browse to locate a local file and select an upload profile.
Click OK to upload the file to Acquia DAM.
Important Notes
CI HUB pushes updates to the connector.
One CI HUB license supports up to three devices per user.
Users can only search and view assets for which they have permission in Acquia DAM.
An error occurs if a user tries to use an asset without download permission.
