Do I need permission for anything in Entries?

Yes. There are a few permissions you’ll need depending on the actions you want to take:

  • Access Entries: Access to the entire app and to view all products.

  • Edit Product Info: Edit product details – including SKU, product type, and attributes – and add assets to products from the DAM uploader. 

  • Administrate Entries application: Create products, set up attributes, attribute groups, and product types and delete products (including batch delete).

  • Access Channels: Add channels and take action within each channel.

  • Access Product Imports: Import products using the product importer.

  • Access Syndication: View and sync product list for syndication.


The Entries app must also be enabled by your customer success manager.
