Reviewers and commenters can be added to each stage in a deliverable's routing workflow. To add, select an in-progress or in-review project or one that needs a proof and click Add reviewer, then search for reviewers. Choose whether their approval is required or if they can comment. Add as many reviewers and commenters as needed for your project.

At least one reviewer is required.

Message reviewers and commenters

You can quickly send messages to reviewers to remind them to make a decision about a proof or to provide their feedback. To send a message, select a project, then select the message icon for the reviewer or commenter you want to send a message to and enter your message. The reviewer/commenter will get an email notification with your message.
