Spotlight collections visually highlight assets in global collections that have been selected as favorites and offer a convenient search option on the dashboard. Spotlight collections can be created if you have the administrate global collections permission.

Spotlight collections display in the Spotlight Collections zone on the dashboard, which you can rearrange by dragging and dropping within the column.

You must have permission to view at least one asset in the collection to see the spotlight collections on the dashboard.
 

Create spotlight collections

Spotlight collections can be created from the global collections search. Select the heart icon for a collection(s) to make it a favorite, and an asset in the collection will display as a preview in the Spotlight Collections zone on the dashboard.

In the Spotlight Collections zone on the dashboard, click the preview or the collection name to see assets in the collection.

 

Set previews for spotlight collections

Previews in collections can be selected as previews for spotlight collections to help better highlight the assets that are in the spotlight. Choose spotlight collection previews on the Collection Details page by clicking Set as Spotlight for a preview.
