From the Options menu for each portal, you can see how many times a specific portal has been viewed based on certain date ranges. Anyone that enters a portal, either when they're creating and editing it or after they share it (with or without a required login or access code) and the page is opened or refreshed, is counted as a viewer.
To see the number of times a portal has been viewed:
- Access the Portals dashboard from Acquia DAM.
- View the options for your desired portal.
- Select Portal views from the menu.
- Define the date range.
The number of views for each date, as well as the total number of views, displays in the table. If a date range of today is selected, the number of views each hour, as well as the total number of views, displays in the table.
