When you're searching for assets to add as choices in templates, or in each frame of a template, there are two options available to find those assets: a quick search and the advanced search. Saved searches can be set up from the advanced search. By default, the quick search displays below the assets already selected as options for the template, but you can click Switch to Advanced Search to access that option.

The advanced search options you'll see are the metadata fields from your Acquia DAM (Widen). Select one or more options, enter the search information, then click Search. Add assets and save the search by selecting Add All & Save Search. A list of the assets in the saved search will display when the search is saved. (You can also add assets individually or add all images but not save the search.)

If you need to change the asset choices in the saved search, click Edit Search, then update the advanced search information. Click Remove to delete a saved search.
