When you're downloading assets from the Acquia DAM (Widen) to use on social media sites, you may want to download cover photos and profile pictures in sizes that best fit the site, yet retain control over the file from the DAM. We recommend having conversion formats created in the sizes below to select from when you're downloading to post to social media. Add conversion formats at any time by requesting them from the DAM Customer Support team.
As a DAM admin, you can also create a Social Media User role and give that role permission to view and use these conversion formats.
