Introduction
This document provides instructions on how to schedule and open reports.
Navigation
- Log in to your Web Governance account.
- Select Reports on the main menu bar.
Landing page
The Reports dashboard has these features:
- A Help Center button
- A Filter button
- A Search field
- The left side of the page has a section for reports on each module:
Accessibility
: For more information, read Accessibility reports.- Content Quality: For more information, read Content Quality reports.
- SEO Issues: For more information, read SEO reports.
- Content
Policies
: For more information, read Policies reports. - Site Analytics: For more information, read Site Analytics reports.

- The right side of the page is divided into sections for generated reports:
- My scheduled reports
- All scheduled reports (visible to Admin users only)
- Received reports
User actions
- Help Center: Click to navigate to the documentation for Reports.
- Search: Enter a search parameter for reports.
- Filter: Select this option to filter for:
- Each report has the following buttons:
- Schedule this report
- Open report
- Report adminstration
Schedule a report
- On the same row as a report, select Schedule this report (calendar icon).
- Select the reports that you want to schedule. Several may be selected.
- Click Save to save the selection. The system sends the selected report for that domain to the registered email address after each scan.
Open report
- On the same row as a report, select Open report (eye icon).
- Select the the domains that you want a report for. Several may be selected.
- Click Save to save the selection. The system sends the selected report for that domain to the registered email address after each scan.
Report administration
This option is available to Admin users only.
- On the same row as a report, click Report Administration (gear icon).
- On the same row as the domains that you want to work with, click the Gear icon.
- Select the users that you want this report to go to.
- Click Save to save the selection. The system sends the selected report for that domain to the selected user's email address after each scan.
My scheduled reports
This section displays the reports that you are scheduled to receive.
- On the same row as a report, click the Gear icon.
- Select more domains to get this report for.
- Click Save to save the selection. The system sends the selected report for that domain to the registered email address after each scan.
All scheduled reports
Admin users see this section. For instructions, read Report administration.
Received reports
This section displays a list of the reports that are scheduled for current (logged in) user.
- Click Show more to view the entire paginated list
- Select Open to view the report. The report provides more details about the type and number of errors found for the selected module.
