Enabling translation for a content type

Use the following steps to make a content type translatable:

Access your site.
In the left sidebar, click Structure > Content types.
Select the content type that you want to make translatable.
Click the Language settings tab.
Enable the Enable translation toggle.
Click Save.
In the left sidebar, click Configuration > Region and language > Content language and translation.
Check the content types and fields that must be translatable.
Click Save.
