Use the following steps to manage text formats:

• Access your site.

• In the left sidebar, click Configuration > Content authoring > Text formats and editors.

  
• To create a text format:
  • Click Add text format.
  • In the Name field, enter a name for the text format.
  • In the Role filed, select the checkbox for the role who can use this text format.
  • Complete the configuration for the text format.
  • Click Save configuration.
• To edit a text format:
  • Click Configure in the dropdown corresponding to the text format.
  • Make the required changes.
  • Click Save configuration.
• To disable a text format:
  • Click Disable in the dropdown corresponding to the text format.

  • In the confirmation dialog box, click Disable. 

• To enable a disabled text format:

  • Click Enable in the dropdown corresponding to the text format.

  • In the confirmation dialog box, click Enable. 

• To clone a text format:

  • Click Clone in the dropdown corresponding to the text format.

  • In the New Label field, enter a name for the text format.

  • Click the Configure tab, make the required changes, and click Save configuration.

  • Switch back to the Clone tab and click Clone.

Managing text formats
