After you create the dynamic web content (DWC) that you want to use in emails, you can add the DWC to:
Click + New to create a new email and select the email type.

Create a default DWC token to ensure all users see appropriate content when they do not meet DWC criteria for emails.
You must include a default text-based email subject line along with any other DWC tokens used in the email subject line.
The default DWC token must follow the format:
{dwc=slot-name}Default content{/dwc}
Enter the slot-name specified in the Request Slot Name field of the DWC.
The default content must appear between the opening and closing tags.
For example, {dwc=promo-banner}Check out our latest deals!{/dwc}
.
The DWC token must include the closing tag {/dwc}
.
An error message appears during the saving process if these configurations are not met.
Add additional DWC by entering a curly bracket {
and selecting the DWC that you want your contacts to see if they meet the criteria.
You can add multiple DWC to the email subject line.
Click Save after you have configured the email.
Campaign Studio displays the DWC slot in the email subject line for the contacts that meet the criteria.
Click + New to create a new email and select the email type.

From the content area on the left, drag and drop the Dynamic Web Content block where you want to use DWC.

Click Configure.
The system displays the Dynamic Web Content dialog box.
Campaign Studio displays the DWC slot in the email body for contacts that meet the criteria.
