Execution Calendar

Execution Calendar displays campaigns, reports, and data exports that are scheduled to execute in the future. It excludes Metrics, Looks, and Interactive Queries. Currently, it does not display past executions of campaigns, reports, and data exports.

The following screen displays the Execution Calendar page. You can toggle between the Schedule and Calendar views through the icon at the upper-right. With Execution Calendar, you can edit and review the execution history.

Important

To use this feature, ensure that CDP pop-ups are not blocked by your web browser.

Features

The following are the features of Execution Calendar:

  • Schedule view: Displays the next execution of every scheduled campaign, report, and export. You can open, edit, and review the execution history of scheduled items.

    The Destination column in the Schedule view displays the connector names.

  • Calendar view: Displays the start times of future executions of every campaign, report, and export. The Calendar view does not show execution durations. However, it allows you to open and edit scheduled items in a new browser tab.

Use cases

The following are the use cases of Execution Calendar:

  • Preview schedules of upcoming email campaigns with identifiers and destinations to manage and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Review the execution history of each campaign to evaluate success and inform strategic adjustments for future marketing initiatives.

Important considerations

The following are the Important considerations:

  • Does not display Metrics, Looks, and Interactive Queries that are scheduled to execute in the future.

  • Does not display campaigns, reports, or exports that were executed in the past.
