How do I turn off the breakpoint indicator?

Go to Extend > Uninstall and search for Site Studio Breakpoint indicator.

To remove the breakpoint indicator navigate to Extend > Uninstall and the search for Site Studio breakpoint indicator, you can then uninstall just like any other Drupal module.
