I'm seeing errors in the console when Visual Page Builder is enabled

A known issue in Drupal core causes JS libraries to be loaded out of order resulting in dependency errors. See: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3222107

Applying the patch at the following will resolve this issue: https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2021-07-05/3222107-8.patch
