Can I edit the twig and CSS generated output manually?

No. You can't edit the generated output.
When using Site Studio to create your website, twig and CSS files are generated by the Site Studio API. These are stored within your websites file structure. Editing these manually is not recommended as the next time you save a template or style, your manual changes would be overwritten by the newly generated files.
