Can I filter the list of blocks in the block element?

No. Drupal provides the list of blocks to the block element.

Drupal provides the list of blocks to the block element. Site Studio doesn't offer a facility to filter the list of blocks. A developer might be able to filter the list of the blocks provided by Drupal.
