Can I create AMP pages with Site Studio?

No, there are some known issues when using Site Studio with AMP, which we are working to resolve.
Currently, there are some known issues when using Site Studio with AMP. The Site Studio Layout canvas is not supported by AMP. Using structured fields on content types on the AMP view mode for your AMP pages is the recommended approach.
