No, you cannot use SCSS variables in your codebase inside the Site Studio interface.
The reason you cannot use SCSS variables from your codebase is that Site Studio uses config for its values, not code from a theme. This means that there is no way that the Site Studio interface can reference the SCSS variables within your codebase.
