Introduction

This article provides instructions on how to access and use the Dictionary.

Navigation

To navigate directly to the Dictionary view, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible
4. Click Content Quality to expand the menu.
5. Click Misspellings.
6. Select Dictionary.

Landing page

The dashboard contains these features:

• Tabs:
  • All
  • Language (one for each language detected)
• Export button
• Filter button
• Search field
• Table columns
  • Word
  • Language
  • Added date
  • Added by
  • Remove from dictionary

User actions

You can do the following actions on this page:

• Tabs: Click a tab to filter the results list.
  • All
  • Language (one for each language detected)
• Export: Click the Export button above the results list.
• Filter: Click the Filter button to view the filter options and select an option:
  • Labels
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Remove from dictionary: Select this option on the same row as the word that you want to remove from the dictionary.
