This article provides instructions on how to navigate to and understand the calculations provided by the Industry Average.
New users are placed in one of 14 different verticals, or industry categories.
Web Governance calculates the average score within each applicable module for the customers within the category, and that figure is divided by the number of customer accounts in the category.
For Example:
The vertical, "Local Government" contains 1000 customers. To calculate the Industry Average score for accessibility, Web Governance adds together the Accessibility Compliance Score of all of those customers and then divides that number by 1000 to get the average.
The Industry Average QA Score shows the industry-wide average of compliance. The results appear in the Quality Assurance Diagnostics section.
Click Quality Assurance (the checkbox icon), on the Web Governance dashboard toolbar. The Quality Assurance dashboard opens.
