This document provides instructions on how to use the Web Governance Report Center.
Select Report Center (paper icon) on the main menu bar.
The Report Center dashboard shows all scheduled reports in a chart form. The options above the chart for manipulating data view are:
Search: Enter a search parameter for reports.
Filter: Select this option to expand the filter choices. Select the desired filter.
Module: Choose the module to filter for.
Accessibility
SEO
Statistics
Heartbeat
Quality Assurance
Policy
Data Protection
Heatmaps
Inventory
View: Select the page view. Choose between:
Grid
List
The list is arranged with the following columns:
Title: The title of the report.
Module: The module that the report shows results for.
Users receiving reports: The users that are assigned to receive reports.
The rows also contain the following options for each list item:
Send me weekly report (calendar icon): Select this option to schedule a weekly report (current/logged-in user).
The Schedule Report pane opens.
Select the link to navigate to the URL.
Tick the radio button to select a domain for the report you want.
Select Save.
Open Report (eye icon): Select this option to open the Report pane.
Select the link to navigate to the URL.
Tick the radio button to select a domain or group report.
Select Save.
A dialog box informs: Generating report. Your report is currently being generated. You will receive an email when the report is ready. You can see the current progress under the "Received reports" box to the right.
OK: Select this option to close the dialog box.
Open Received Reports: Select this option to open the list of reports that are already sent.
The new requested report is sent to your email.
My scheduled reports
This section displays the reports that are scheduled to be delivered to the active (logged in) user after each scan.
To schedule a report, follow these steps:
On the same row as a report, select Schedule this report (calendar icon). The Schedule Report pane opens.
On the same row as the domain that you want a report for, tick the box to select it. Several may be selected.
Save the selection. The system sends the selected report for that domain to the registered email address after each scan.
Received reports
This section displays a list of the reports that are scheduled to be sent to the current (logged in) user.
Select Open to view the report. The report provides more details about the type and number of errors found for the selected module.
Schedule a report
This section provides instructions on how to receive reports to your email.
On the same row as a report, select Schedule This Report (calendar icon).
Tick the box to select a domain in the Schedule Report pane. Select as many as needed. The report is sent to your email after each scan.
View a report
This section provides information on how to view a report without scheduling it to repeat.
On the same row as a report, select Open Report (eye icon).
Select a domain or group from the list in the Report pane.
Select Save.
A pop-up message informs that: "Your report is currently being generated. You will receive an email when the report is ready. You can see the current progress under the 'Received reports' box to the right".
Select Open Received Reports to view the report in the current browser.
Locate the report in the Received Reports list that opens.
Select Open on the same row as the report to view it.
Select OK to close the dialog and view the report later from your email.
Accessibility reports
This section provides information about the available Accessibility reports.
The report is delivered to the email addresses for the users assigned to receive this report. The available reports for Web Governance Accessibility are:
Accessibility Summary Report
Accessibility Checks Report
Pages with Accessibility Issues Report
Classic Accessibility Report
Accessibility Guidelines Report

Note
If the option to Exclude checks that require manual review is selected, it will limit the report. This option reduces the amount of issues that the scan finds. It instructs the scan to exclude any accessibility checks that require a manual review. Your scan results will only show Error type checks, for example, issues that can be programmatically determined as accessibility violations. When you exclude certain types of checks, you might not see other potential accessibility violations on your website.

My scheduled reports
