The Atlassian JIRA Connector integrates Web Governance findings directly into your JIRA. This allows you to create tickets for accessibility issues directly from within your team’s existing workflows.
This document provides instructions on how to report a Web Governance issue directly to Jira.
Click Accessibility (icon of a human with arms outstretched) on the page toolbar.
The system opens the Accessibility dashboard.
Select Pages with Failing Checks from the menu on the left.
The system opens the Pages with Failing Checks page.
Click Create issue in Jira (diamond icon).
The system opens a Jira ticket dialog.
Review the pre-filled fields, edit as needed, and then click Create Issue.
