How to add a check

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Site
   Performance
   .

How to edit a check

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Site Performance.
5. Select Uptime Monitoring.
6. On the same row as the check that you want to edit, click Action.
7. Select Edit.
8. Edit the Checkpoint form fields as needed:
   • Status: Toggle On or Off.
   • URL: Edit the URL (include protocol). 
   • Ping intervals: Use the dropdown to edit the ping frequency. Choose 1 minute or 5 minutes.
   • Response time notification: Toggle ON or Off to receive email notifications of slow website response times.
   • Downtime notification: Toggle ON or Off to receive email notifications of website downtime.
9. Save the changes.

How to delete a check

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Site Performance.
5. Select Uptime Monitoring.
6. On the same row as the check that you want to delete, click Action.
7. Select Remove Checkpoint to delete it.
8. Save the changes.
