Acquia uses two status pages to communicate updates:
Each of these pages provides separate notifications for their respective subscribers. You must subscribe to each page individually to receive the notifications for each respective page.
The following are the supported communication methods for subscribing to the Acquia Status or Acquia Maintenance page:
You can subscribe to individual components, individual incidents, or all notifications to receive updates appropriate for your website. By default, you are automatically subscribed to all product/service notifications. You must customize your notifications during the subscribing process to select notifications for specific products/services.

Click Subscribe via Email.
The system displays a message at the top of the page indicating that an OTP is sent to the subscribed email address.
Click Verify and Update.
To unsubscribe from Acquia Status/Maintenance notifications:
The system redirects you to the subscription management page on Acquia Status/Maintenance where you can:
Click Save.
The system displays a message at the top of the page confirming that your preferences are updated.
