Using the translation dashboard

This page describes how to monitor and manage translation workflows across the site. The Translation dashboard provides a centralized view to search for entities, check translation statuses, and initiate new translations.

Managing translations from the dashboard

Prerequisites

Users must possess the appropriate translation permissions, such as Create translations or Edit translations, to manage content from the dashboard. For more information, visit Managing roles and permissions.

To manage page translations from the Translation dashboard:

1. Access your site.
2. On the left navigation menu, click Pages. 
3. On the Pages page, click the Translations tab.

The system displays the Translations dashboard.

4. In the Entity type dropdown menu, select the entity type that you want to translate.
5. In the Language dropdown menu, select the target language.

6. Click Search.

   The dashboard displays the title and translation status for each entity, such as Translated or Not translated.

7. In the Actions column, click Translate to create or edit a translation for the entity.
8. The system displays the Translation page with the original text next to the corresponding fields to enter the translated text.
9. Click Save as draft or Publish translation as required.
